Friction generates electricity: When the high-speed airflow (especially containing dust particles of airflow) through the interior of the hose, dust particles and the wall, as well as the wall of the material itself between the molecules will occur intense friction and collision.

In this way, the static charge generated by friction inside the duct can be instantly and safely conducted to the earth through the “highway” of steel wire mesh → truss connection point → tin braided copper wire → grounding wire.
This value is well below the 10⁶ Ω (1,000,000 Ω) threshold normally required by safety standards, and is even 3 orders of magnitude (1000 times) lower!
Significance: The ultra-low resistance value guarantees extremely efficient and reliable charge discharge. There is virtually no chance for static charges to build up to dangerous voltage levels, and any weak charges that may be generated are immediately channeled away, completely eliminating the possibility of static sparking. This is a strong technical guarantee for meeting the most stringent explosion protection requirements (e.g. Zone 1/21).
Class B flame-retardant PVC enclosure, in the event of an external source of ignition in extreme cases, can extinguish itself after the source of ignition has been evacuated, stopping the flame from spreading along the air duct and buying time for rescue.
