• Hose Structure: The hose consists of standardized segments—Start hose section (5/12/18 m) + Intermediate hose section (14 m) + Final hose section (reinforced, 5 m)—which are rapidly connected via industrial zippers and Velcro-type connections. The total hose length can be flexibly configured (24 m, 31 m, 37 m) to suit different gate distance requirements.
• Complete End Solution: Includes a specially designed fabric hose cone which smoothly reduces the hose outlet diameter from 356 mm to the standard 207 mm aircraft connector size. Connection stability is ensured by integrated torsional reinforcement strips.
• Three-Layer Insulation Structure: Inner and outer layers of PVC-coated polyester fabric with a polyethylene foam isolation layer in between, effectively reducing heat loss and preventing condensation.
• High Pressure & Temperature Resistance: Capable of withstanding a nominal working pressure of 12,000 Pa and stable operation within an ambient temperature range of -30°C to +90°C.
• Fire Safety Certification: Complies with aviation and ground support safety standards: UL94 VTM-0.
• Integrated Magnetic Band Design: A permanent magnetic band is embedded between specific spirals (e.g., between spirals 36-37 for the start section) in both the Start and Final hose sections. This serves as a recognition marker for the retriever's sensors, enabling automatic precise positioning and grabbing of the hose ends.
• Lightweight & High Strength: Features low dead weight per unit length (2.6–3.4 kg/m, depending on pitch) while offering high tensile strength (≥3000 N) and radial strength (500 N without permanent deformation).
• Air-Tight Connections: Industrial-grade zippers (with sliders and stringers) combined with internal and external Velcro fasteners ensure zero-leakage performance under operating conditions.
• High Compressibility: A compression ratio of 1:9 ensures the hose can be compactly and neatly coiled and stored by the retriever, saving significant space.
